ok i managed to take out teh starter but i have a bit of advice to any one else who might have that same problem.. it is easier to get to the top bolt which you all know is a b@#$%. but if you remove the oil filter from the top you can clearly see and access the top bolt..its a bit a of a tight spot so yu may want to use a flexible wrachet with a 17 mm once tahts out you should be ok now dont forget the one on teh bottom either ok
