I have a 1991 190e. Recently the door locks stopped working all together. I thought it was the vacuum pump but I found out that if I have the key in the ignition and the passenger door open(specifically the rear light switch on) the locks work fine. The active bass system in the doors is displaying the same behavior. Anybody have any suggestions, as I am not sure where to begin.
