Diagnostic Engine Code Help

I have a 1991 2.6 and my check engine light came on today. I read the diagnostic code and it is 11. I can't find a list of the codes in my manual. Can anyone tell me what that fault code is?

The 1996+ codes are listed online but 1991 you gotta go to the stealer.
