i own a 1991 mbenz 190e 2.3.
i like it in stock beauty, but it lack a front tow hook cover. and i need it, kindly help me. thank you so much...

Probably the dealership is your best bet. Most used ones are broken or cracked by now. Just be aware the color won't match, since I am sure your bumper has aged some.

Just worth mentioning that the loop it isn't actually a 'towing hook' but a 'tie-down hook'. It has not actually been designed to be string enough to tow the vehicle with. Its intended purpose is to tie the vehicle down on a transporter. You should also find one at the opposite side at the rear of the car.
Of course, many people do seem to get away with towing a vehicle via its tie-down hook - but that isn't its intended purpose, that's all.
