Idle Problem/surges
When I start my car, everything sounds fine. It idles at 700rpm. After about 10 seconds, it idles down to 550, then right back up to 700. It does this about every 5 seconds. When accelerating, theres a half seconds delay before there is movement. At stop lights, it surges up and down again. Small shaking due to the idle surges.

Well after driving a while these past couple of days, the idle surging went away. The only problem now is shaking. What causes shaking? It's a very noticeable shake while sitting inside. What can I do/replace to remedy this?
