190E EVO II body kit...
Is it compatible with a 190D? I know it sounds ridiculous, but I want to get the body kit for my 190D because I love the way it looks. So I'm assuming it would work right? In addition to install the body kit what else do I need to do? And it looks as if I would need wheel spacers?

I actually know of a 190D that had he Evolution II kit installed. It was a show car up in Canada.
The front "wheel gap" is a very big problem with getting the proper appearance. In addition to big bucks to install the kit, bodywork and paint, you're going to have some gigantic wheels to fill those arches.
