Anyone know why you can't register at 190 Revolution?

Anyone know why you can't register at 190 Revolution?
When you complete the registration process it says that you didn't complete the image section correctly (like this forum has) but there is no image section? Am I doing somethign wrong?

No you did nothing wrong. They have mis-configured VB. Send a message off to the webmaster to correct this.
