Exclamation Do I need a new Differential or???

So I just got a 92 190e 2.6 with 146k miles on it. Its runs great, except- When I first start to drive the car after its been sitting a while, ill shift into drive and I feel a slight slip in the rear of the car and then everything is fine. No tranny slipping or noise from there. However, the rear does make a winning sound on the high way also. Do I need to buy a new differential or can I add oil? What do you guys think?

Changed the oil in my differential today. Only cost my 30 bucks. I went to royal purple and it seems to have fixed the issue.
