Speakers Setup Problem

Hi to all
Own 190E 2.3 '87, I want to put new speakers, but I do not know how to reach them , are located above the dashboard, all the way up the windscreen, when off the protective plastic can not be approached, whether it is necessary to remove the entire dashboard, if need , it is complicated?

I had a 87 190 and the dash speakers were 3.5 in full ranges that I replaced with infinity 3.5 coax's. The speaker grills come off the top of the dash in the car I had. You had to get a skewdriver or a super short stubby philips driver for the dash speakers.. It took me about 1/2 hour to change them both.
