1990 190e need help bad!

Soo here we goo
I bought this car for 400 and it needed a transmission so put one in with 96k on. Car has 130k miles.

Ever since I bought the car there has been an issue with gas... so I replaced the wires and spark plugs and now the spark plugs keep getting fowled out... Now the engine is running at normal temperatures and I changed the oil to 10w30 yesterday...

I really have no idea how to fix this issue with the plugs fowling out and I went through a whole tank of gas in 4 days driving 90 miles.

Also the check engine light is on but I dont have the right equipment to even scan it as I have know idea if it even has one of the plugs to plug into...

any help right now would be great!
about to just dump the car because of the gas... Engine is a 2.6L

Plugs are fouling, I can tell you its the valve seals.....
Very common, and I have done 2 engines in the last 3 years, so not difficult or expensive..
Look here if you want info on what mine looked like..
