I just bought this 1987 190e 2.3,none of the power windows will work even though the fuses are good,the blower fan seems to have a mind of it's own going on and off as it pleases,and the radio only is on when you hold on,the on button,the first thing I want to fix is the windows or atleast a window because the sunroof may still work but i'd prefer atleast one window to work,is there a way to test to see if there's power coming to the switch,I have the bezel off and the connectors unplugged

 

Switches could be gummed up. I would check and clean them.
