87 Cosworth v16 Garage Queen 80k miles
Just scored original black neglected garage queen. Seems sound, minimal rust, the car barely passed emissions, new crap tires with original wheels, strong 5 speed, bad brakes and dash cracks, sun roof works, AC dicey but compressor works, cruise control dead, figure it's a restoration and bought it $ as same. 
Figure it needs $2k in work to get it acceptable.
Suggestions as to Tuneup, maintenance items including a/c, the running gear and the rest to get it up to snuff in order of importance? Going to go to 0-40M1 and change tranny fluid, etc.
Sources, non eBay, for parts?
Thanks I have searched the Forum and have the maintenance manual and special parts catalog.
Oh, engine cranks a bit before it starts hot or cold, should turn on immediately, no? Also car runs cold, 40 degrees should run 80c?
Figure it needs $2k in work to get it acceptable.
