190D Airc onditioning partas
I still want to install air conditioner in my w201 190d (200D)
In next few days I'm going to see a dismanteled w201 air conditioner (complete, dismantled device from 190 but not diesel) and to consult with the seller about the price, and is the device complete and in working condition(I have not abandoned the idea of installing air conditioner)
There are several things about which I need help:
- What do I need to get exactly the kit (for example: do I need a complete interior or middle pillar or only part where are the fan switch and climate, or I have to change the complete plastic behind the instrument panel (the one in which the heating radiator is with air routers, or just adding a radiator to the firewall through which it passes .. freon and other interior details - mine is an old model, which below the ashtray has space for small items)
- What pipes do I need, evaporator, radiator, radiator fan and cabin fan is added, changed (whether the existing fan vent to leave or to install double fan)
- What parts of the electricity do I need, cables, and possibly a vacuum, which relays, and the like, and what goes from above?
Thanks in advance for your time to help

I think the best way to do it is to get a dead W201 and pull out all the wiring and A/C parts yorself, certainly cheaper than buying each part from a wrecker.
The only thing worth changing for the purposes of simplicity would be the a/c compressor control, I'd just put a switch on the dash and your own thermostat to turn it on and off based on evaporator temperature, much easier than changing the harness.
