This has been my baby for over 20 years, never thought I'd be able to let my daughter drive it to high school. Now it's having a lot of problems: one cylinder is really fouling spark plug. I let it sit through the winter, and now the blower doesn't work. I got to the motor and lubed it and tested it, it works, but it doesn't seem to be receiving power. The fuse looks ok. When I last parked it, the blower was working fine. Anyone have any ideas?

Your expert help would really be appreciated.

Corrosion on the fuses is a regularly occurring thing. Just because a fuse 'looks' good, doesn't mean it's conducting current. Many owners replace all the fuses regularly. If the electrics were working when you parked it, I'd bet that's your problem. At worst, take all the fuses out, shine up the contacts both on the fuses and on the electrical panel and try it. What I would do, and I did it with mine a couple of years ago, is buy the European fuses that have copper conductors. The difference between aluminum fuses and the copper contacts in the electrical center, promotes corrosion and causes this problem.
