My Car is Japan Version, but LHD. I read that I'm supposed to be able to lock the by turning the keys from outside whether it is from driver door or the passenger door.

Right now, i could only lock all doors from the front passenger (right) door. could anyone tell me, is this a Japan car issue, an electrical issue or a vacuum issue?

If the central controls are in the right door, could this be transferred? if it's a problem, how do I fix it? where do I start?
