Rough Idling After Tune-Up

Rough Idling After Tune-Up
I have a 1984 190e 2.3 with a 5-speed. I recently brought it back to life after 10 years of being parked. I gave it a tune-up which included new plugs, wires, cap, rotor and oil change but I am still having problems starting it when it is cold. In order to start it when it is cold I have to spray starting fluid into the intake. Once it starts I have to keep the RPM's up or else it will shut off. After a couple of minutes of warming up it can idle at low RPM however it idles very rough and the car shakes violently. When I drive it I can feel some fluttering when accelerating in each gear until it speeds up. Once the speed increases the fluttering goes away. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Thanks insame1. Yes I got it wired up right. The timing is 1,3,4,2. Why do you think it could be the Cold Start Valve?
What is 190rev? I'm new to the forums so please excuse my dumb question. Thanks for your response.

the reve is a 190 dedicated forum. I meant to say the idle control valve. Also look under the throttle body for cracked rubber. Changing all the vacuum lines is relatively cheap and will fix lots of issues.
