87 190d rear windows
87 190d rear windows don't work, seized from non use, wanted to remove motor complete with regulators, motor and regulator
unbolted, how do I disconnect regulator from window if window is stuck up without damaging regulator

Not to be rude, but try 190revolution.net/forum, it has a lot of info and gets a few more frequent posts than here. Unfortunately for us 190 guys this place just does not cut it for a quick answer.

The regulators are a bit on the "flimsy" side and warped or bent regulators are a known weakness in the W201. The window glass is press fit into the top bar of the lifting arm. Removal of the glass can pretty much only be done with the window lowered, so you will have to pull the motor and lube the lifts to free them up to move downward. You may have to remove the inside window seal as well.
