I am a total amateur that ended up with a 1985 190E because I thought it was kinda cool It's since broken down and I can't really afford to keep it around, so am planning to part it out. Might anyone have a suggestion for where/how to connect with folks looking for specific parts - as opposed to pulling/posting random parts on ebay/craigslist, etc? It seems like it would be the most efficient way of going about it, and I'm hoping I can find a way to generate some mutually beneficial interactions.

Since you say you're an amateur, I think your best bet is to try to sell the car as is especially since it still looks like a pretty decent example. I think there's likely a 190E enthusiast out there who would want it. I think it would be a shame to part out a car that still looks this good. That's my 2 cents.
