Mercedes Benz 190E automatic
Mercedes Benz 190E A/T
Problems with the A/T. Changing to 3rd gear takes a while with a loud noise when selecting it. It sounds as if the loud noise is under the right side (driver side) Need help with this. Thank you in advance. Regards from SA

Also check your transmission fluid to see what condition it's in. If you find any metal shavings, your transmission is probably toast. How many miles are on your car?
