Electric Boot Opener
Can anyone tell me how can I convert my boot to an electric boot opener with a push of a button? So that I can get rid of the lock on the boot. Think it should look cool!

Most auto parts stores will have a switch operated solenoid which will actuate the trunk latch. They are used for trunks and, in custom installations where the door handles have been "shaved" the solenoids are the door openers. I understand that some owners, who have rewired their stereos and bypassed the console fader switch, have replaced the fader with a momentary contact switch to operate the solenoid.
