Hi y'all new here,
Figured I'd document some stuff. About the swap. A little about me, I'm a hobby car enthusiast have done swaps before, (3.0L NA new edge cougar, 2.7tt swapped audi b6). Was looking for a new project car since the beginning of the year and came across a c203
on ebay that was having transmissions issues, turned out to just be the shifter module replaced that and got it working. Super cheap cost me 600, well I was also looking for 190E and after some searching came about this one. Has a few issues but looks generally
clean as running, somewhat having transmission shifting issues (the one in the background). So like everyone, wanted to do a EVO II conversion body kit, but looks like all the kits are ill fitting, but was something down the road. Any way nothing too major. Will be refreshing
part of the M111K new gaskets, pulleys and the sort. Not sure if I should also be using the rear diff from it.
Some key points for the swap
- Donor car from a c203
-Manual swap to a 6 speed from a c203/w203
-Standalone EMS (most likely EMU Black)
-Then some cosmetics, race seats, YSK coilovers
-Wheels some Sparco, BBS LM reps (similar to my a90 Supra)
Any here's what the car currently sits at. Glad to be hear as I read and take any recommendations

Update:
I've started really acquiring parts for the 5 speed swap. As of right now, I've sourced
a 717.411 box
stock pedals
hydraulic lines
clutch kit from LUK 11-005, which is an 8.5 inch, I think gotta double check, but may return for a SACHS kit, since the flywheel I got according to classicMB is 103-030-12-05, it was either that or a 14-05.
Then the next most difficult parts, will be the shift rod cables, and the floor shifter and manual front half of the Driveshaft, and the flywheel and clutch bolts. So I think it's coming along
If any body got some of those parts. Let me know, thanks

Decided to sell the m111k thinking of going straight m104 but now I'm reconsidering as I see local to me a few manual c203s that I'm tempted to just swap over...managed to get all the parts except the driveshaft and the proper length shift rods.
