clear corners

Anyone knows the best place to get the clear corners for my friend's '89 190E? Are those the ones on ebay fit pretty well? Also how much do they run on average? Thanks

Euro lights

I got the whole set, headlight foglight and corners, with bulbs for about $200 off ebay. Shipping was included, from Germany. The sellers site is here:
http://stores.ebay.de/Niko-Tec_Merce...isplayZ2QQtZkm

His listings for clear (weisse) corners and black (schwarz) are in german, but you could just email him in english and let him know what you want.

The whole set is a great deal and makes the car look so much more modern.

The euro corners however need a modification to accept the dual filament bulb to meet US specs. In Europe the marker light is separate from the turn signal, and the turns have a single filament bulb.

All you need to do though, is take a file and make an extra notch in the socket so that your american plug and bulb will fit. You also need to take a razor and shave the teeth on the plug down a little thinner. It's a ten minute job, and I can provide more details and pics later if you need them.

As far as fit goes, before I figured out how to modify the plug I placed my yellow signals in with the Euro headlights to pass state inspection and it was a perfect match. Only the plug/socket for the bulb is slightly different.

Niko is a good guy.

The Depo brand "white/clear" corners lenses do not have to be modified to accept the North American bulb holders, they just bayonet in. I believe the TYC units are also molded to fit the OEM holders. You will need to find the dual filament orange bulbs, either the traditional orange or the "silvered" orange bulbs.

If you have a darker colored car, have you considered the dark orange European corners? From Left to Right, the Euro, the North American, and finally, Smoked.

I just purchased and installed some clear corners and euro headlights into my 1991 190e. I must say they look stunning, a great improvement over the old nasty headlights. I purchased them off ebay for about $260 including shipping.
