I need one too. My new acquisition has it ripped as well (among many little things to fix. Will have to wait for a W201 to show up at the JY.
Not sure if the dealership has them any longer.

Try either Adsit or the MB Classic Center. Adsit has lots of hard to find MB parts and the MB Classic Center has a much better W201 parts inventory than the MB dealerships have.

I will have to visit the dealership for a couple minor items tomorrow. I'll ask them about the boot as well. Some items go NLA and come back
Case in point is that rubber seal inside the valve cover. It was NLA a bunch of years ago. Because the new acquisition required me to pop open the valve cover for camshaft inspection I noticed the valve cover gasket was pretty much plastic. Oddly it did not leak but I needed to get a new one. My parts person asked if I wanted the baffle gasket as well. Come to find out it is available again. Go figure...

Unfortunately the rubber boot for the intake/air filter housing is NLA. I thought it would be.

The MB Classic Center is the next place to check. They have a better W201 parts inventory than the MB dealerships. I know this from the personal experience of looking for parts for my W201. Another good place to check for hard to find MB parts is Adsitco. They might have it as well.
