Issues with AC/Heat controls after dash removal and radio installation

Just put in a new radio, radio works and all, upgraded the speakers last night as well, but we ran into an issue with the AC controls...

we took the dash off and put it back on, wired everything correctly (I think), but then when we turn the car on it just blows air without anything being turned on, then when you hit the AC button it turns off, none of the controls work, and the AC control light bulb blew out. It's very inconsistent and random, has something to do with the amount of power going to the ac controls I think.
As sometimes when you turn the car on, it blows air, and then if you turn on the headlights, the air stops.

If someone has any advice please let me know, I’ve checked the fuses in the fusebox and they are all fine

Hopefully you did not switch the harnesses. Left to right, right to left. I would check that first.

It does sound like a wiring issue somewhere. It might be wise to retrace your installation steps and retrace your wiring. It sounds like something is crossed somewhere.
