Oil pressure gauge dancing again

I have not observed my oil pressure gauge moving this sporadically since I was experiencing random stalling a couple years ago. Can you guys remind where I should begin looking or have a hypothesis on what might cause this. In he video I’m just idling at stop light most of the time it hovers between one and 2 but NOT this sporadic
