Need to know if W211 wheels (stock 2004 16" E320 wheels) will fit a W201 1989 190E 2.6.

No idea on that but I do know that a friend put in 202 wheels on his 201. That works

The bolt pattern and hub are identical, but you'll need to check what the ET (offset) measurement on the E class rim is, compared to the W201 to see if they will cause rubbing.
