Yup...but these guys are pros and the removal of the panel is pretty straight forward...so I'm not really worried.

I got the car back today...A couple of things:

1. We have decided to remove the rear SL63 spoiler and repaint it satin black.
2. I got the wrong replacement bulb for the driving lights, so they are still that yellow hue I can't stand. Working on it...
3. I love the drop with Kleeman ELM...
4. The new rims are not on yet......next week sometime.
5. I've decided to remove the rear bumper and replace it with the SL63 or SL65 rear bumper/diffuser (with the diffuser painted satin black)...see pic below as an example:

Pics today...

Very tastefully done. It flows perfectly, and I LOVE the interior. The carbon is sick. Is it lowered yet? Please post pics from the side once you have it dropped. Are you sticking to the 65 wheels and painting them or going aftermarket?

Congrats!

WoW so these hottasss Bi-xenons w/custom colored housings are on Ebay Where's the linkie-poo

If you don't care for the way they're finished no biggie, but to compare these high-end expensive/classy lights to Ebay garbage is flat stupid...We can only assume you bought those dope 21" ghetto Fab whls @ the Bay as well? or I could've been considerate & said "Love your BMW & mods , except I'm not feeling the wheels"

Nuff said...

Not sure..I'll check on Monday. All I know is that it cost $30K...not installed.

Speaking of bodykits...I've got the part numbers for everything needed to update my 2006 rear end to a 2009 SL63 rear bumper/diffuser setup. I'm not touching the front. I like the softer look of the 06 SL65 but want something more aggressive at the rear.

I'm looking at probably mid to late May. It's headed to the audio/visual guy, then clear bra (whole hood, fenders, rockers, front bumper, grill, headlights, and fog lights), then body work...then performance stage.

Pics forthcoming...

I like what you plan on doing regarding the rear end and front end. Smart choice, IMO. Besides, the 08 and lower year front end looks better.

A small detail...

It looks much better in person and finishes off the keyless go shift knob perfectly...it is just a carbon fiber bit that I found trolling Ebay. I don't think it was meant for this purpose and to be honest with you I don't know what it is for but it served my purpose.

After today's delivery from China (stuff you find on Ebay is amazing):
