I've got the cover too. I guess it comes standard in euro-spec version. But those are not actually cupholders. It's more like a sunglass tray.

Here you cannot get a box for less than 1.700 Reais, which is about... 680 dollars... and around... 340 Euro, I guess. And that is if you ar lucky enough to find a San Cristóbal box! Damn... I should have been born spanish...haha!
Ah, your car looks positively great. Should take some pics of it when you install the CF mirrors!
