clk 550 koni yellow shocks part number
I see koni yellow shocks part numbers for cars up to 2007...
does anybody know what it is for the 2008 cars? is it the same as 2007?
From what I have seen the part numbers are:
8741-1412 & 8041-1319sport
just want to verify these will fit on a clk 550

Thats the part #"s I have on mine bro. But mine is a 2007. I do not think you should have a proplem. I used this link http://www.koni.com/finder/ They dont list for the 550 I went off the 500. You should not have any proplems.

They are just fine. I keep it on the hardest setting and yes you can really feel the road. The softest setting is not really all that bad but it is nothing like stock at all. The biggest PITA is adjusting the back shocks its hard to get to so what I did was cut a little hatch out so I could get the adjust Knob on to the shock to make the changes. See pics if you don't do this you will need to get into the rear side panels to access it each and every time.
Overall I am very happy with them. O btw I have Eibach springs and H&R sways.

thanks dude...that was helpful...I hope I can take corners faster with the new koni shocks...
I have camber kit, front and rear sways, H&R springs...all I Am missing is the shocks...can't think of any other suspension mods worth getting...
