This particular KMAC design (Camber) adjuster kit has been in production now since 1993. Well and truly proven. Also in all out heavy V8 competition racing.

We did point out at the time more than 18 months ago that your pic showed that the center had detached from the actual bushing.

Explaining for long term maintenance free silent operation and prevent bushings from prematurely pounding out these bushings are pressed into the outer shell tight!

Instructions emphasizing at "time of actual adjustment" excess force should not be used which can cause this separation.

Anything and everything can be improved. It is all about constant ongoing development ( same as the new car industry). Reviewing this kits success over the 25 years undertook to redesign this "center mounting" so no matter what load applied it would be impossible for center to detach

We did at the time offer you this entirely updated design.

At KMAC we have undertaken to take on the role of designing, manufacturing adjuster kits to resolve OEM short comings. It does create controversy but as per "ABOUT US" on KMAC web site we have achieved virtually all the design breakthroughs last 20 years.

Proudly we find a whole lot better than having an unblemished record - sitting on the fence doing nothing flawlessly merely plagiarising others exhaustive design efforts.

Offer for the updated kit is still open Kevin

In relation to your picture of the upper adjustable wishbones find your choice of words appropriate.

Because with KMAC our upper arms (see above catalog release #3) are “proper” in that they retain the structural integrity, security (and peace of mind) of OEM design by manufacturing also from “high strength forged alloy” not fabricated welded steel!

Also not only Camber adjustable but precisely Caster as well.

Which is necessary to compensate for the Camber change along with the ability to correctly resolve steering pull.

With the new car industries reputation of an excuse to void warranty where possible we also manufacture popular replacement “upper arm bushings”.

This KMAC design RETAINS use of the existing forged alloy OEM arms!

Allowing also the same full “front” precise adjustment with up to 1.5 degrees Positive or Negative Camber/Caster change.

More than enough adjustment to resolve most alignment issues.

This particular KMAC design is priced at $380 and will soon pay for itself re extended tire life.

Installation time is also always important criteria and have managed to incorporate into this design ease of fitment. No special tools and whereby front wheels (or the actual arms) do not require removal!
