CLA 45s strange humming sound cold engine

Hi guys. I have a brand new CLA 45s and it makes this noise when I open my drivers door (only happens when first time driving for the day cold start)

also, on the cold starts the rpm sits at the 1500 obviously. But sometimes the car fluctuates it’s rpms like 1500 to 1550/1600 up and down. Is this normal? Mercedes me technician says it’s okay. Seems to happen only on colder days.

The CLA 45 does make some noise when the driver's door is opened. It may be the "secondary air pump".
I haven't found anything to confirm the noise is abnormal though.
