Question multibeam headlight has a strange problem

Hello my friends. First of all, I would like to apologize to all of us for my bad English. I bought a W177 (A180-2019) from Japan, the car arrived a few days ago. There is a serious problem with the car that I do not understand. I searched for information about this on the internet but couldn't find anything.

Here's my problem. When the headlight control is on automatic and only the low beam headlights are on, when I press the accelerator pedal, my dipped beam headlights move higher, disturbing the oncoming cars. When I take my foot back from the gas pedal, my headlights come back to normal. When I press the brake, my headlights go down again this time and decrease to 2-3 meters and I can't even see in front of me. multibeam headlight is present in the car.

I took the car to the authorized mercedes service, after examining it for 1 week, I took delivery of the car. When I bought the car, they made the headlight adjustment too high, I fixed it with a screwdriver and I realized that whatever they did in the service, it does not rise too high when I press the gas pedal and it doesn't bother people, of course, it would be better to do it at all. But when you press the brake, the headlights dim again. Authorized service fees are too high in my country and I had to pay more than $1000 even for the current missing solution. Does anyone have the same problem or can give advice?

I think this issue is related to the headlight level sensor. More precisely, I think that this sensor works, but the arms holding this sensor to the car are broken or there is a play.

Is this the sensor part you are talking about?

Did you buy your car without used car warranty? It's a must for European brand.
