Hi - I have recently purchased a 2021 A45S AMG and it is a hobby car and does not get used much. I need to now where it connect a battery charger? An MB tech said to used the red positive slot under the bonnet and use the brass nut as the negative - is that correct? Where / how - is it safe to connect a battery charger. Cannot see the actual battery.
Did that A45S not come with an owner's manual? Simple questions like this are covered in the owner's manual. The battery terminals are under the bonnet as told by the MB tech. That's where you hook up jumper cables and battery tenders.
Yes - have an owners manual, didn't look at it. - I would rather hear from someone with experience of this. Thanks for replying to this 'simple' question.
