A45 AMG S transmission mode not work as expected
Hello,
i detected problem with S mode and C mode on my A45 . When switch to S mode transmission not downshift gears and working like standard C modre. In city in S mode transmission put 5 or 6th gear on speed 50-60km/h .
On diagnostic is not any error for transmission or any ECU .
Any advise what could happened?

That is largely how it works. S is not the sportiest mode. It's a slightly sportier version of C. It tends to hold the current gear longer before upshifting in the next higher gear, but it doesn't necessarily downshift into a lower gear at a given speed. If you want that, you have to use S+ or Race. That's what you have two more sporty modes for. Or at least one. The A45 doesn't have Race mode by default, but the A45S does.
In addition, the transmission adapts to your driving style, so even in S or S+ if you drive along at a constant speed, it will stay in higher gears similar to C. You have to actually drive in a sporty manner, and then it will stay in lower gears to give you maximum acceleration.
