AMGt GT 55 Coupe - Pick up, front undercarriage clearance

Picked up my AMG GT 55 yesterday. It was amazing to see in person in the Selenite grey colour.

Truly enjoying it so far and adjusting to dimensions. Love it. Coming from a 2024 C63 SE.

Had a question for other owners - how do all of you manage with the front under lip clearance and protection? I have a fairly flat driveway and when I reversed out yesterday I felt a light touch. This concerns me for any sort of sudden change in incline in the future ( speed bumps, ramps, condo parking ramps etc). Does the 45 degree angle entry and exit ( even with reversing) seem to do the trick?

Have any of you done any sort of protection for this? The car I purchased did not have front axel lift system.

Thanks in advance.

Wow, congrats! Beautiful spec, I have a selenite coming down the road. Looks so good on it. Regarding the front splitter rub- Google SlipLo. It's a protective strip that you attach on the underside of the front splitter. If you look on YouTube you there are instructions on proper adhesion etc. It's really discreet imo. Approach angles at a 45 degree angle, go up/down pitches one wheel at a time. The sliplo will keep the rub off the splitter though.

How is it driving? I know there is the break-in period so you have to keep the RPMs <4000.
