MY2017 market pricing
Wondering what people are seeing in terms of actual final negotiated price on 2017 models. MSRP only or if discounted, by what percentage from MSRP?
Tnx!

Freefall" Is the picture with the Popo for real i.e. did you really get arrested? I hope not. Care to share what happened?
Seems like the dealers in Florida are not discounting much if at all.
I was able to negotiate a discount to my satisfaction.

The market always determines price. When the cars are moving briskly - or at least at a rate commensurate with their allocation, dealers are much less prone to discount...because if you don't buy it someone else will. In areas where they have a hard time moving them (economy or whatever) they are most anxious to cut a skinny deal - "move the iron"
Those who are successful in grinding the dealer down are dealing with dealers who are happy to be ground down so that they can move that anchor. Often one does better with dealers in outlying areas.

Sounds like you negotiated pretty well, as my understanding is that leaves them only one percentage point of profit above invoice…

I luv you guys that pay MRSP (plenty where I live) as it permits my dealer to sell me one at double digit discount off MRSP .
I do personally reward my sales guy and the owner of the dealership.
This savings will pay for wheels, pipes, tune, downpipes, sleeves, etc .

Another 911 GT3rs with a wing sighting today with a couple of Ducati guys today. As it rounded the corner they looked at me as if it was some kind of mistake.
I assured them it was a real live street/race car and they shook heads....Great green color.
I Say this because dealers are asking to pay north of MSRP on limited 911s. And that's what brought me to this car at 1/2 price of SLS.
Now if I can just wrap my brain around $$ of a brushed clear P101 on my black/black GT ...

I really think it depends on where you live because I'm telling you that these cars move like crazy in SoCal. Live in NY for 30 years. Long Island to be exact seeing a 100K car on the road was pretty rare. Still is and I visit Old Bethpage pretty often. The real money for the dealerships is in service anyway so I get why some can get something off sticker in areas where they aren't selling these cars weekly. In Laguna and Newport there isn't a single day where I don't see Lambos, Ferraris, McLarens and AMGs on a daily basis. As far as HRE goes we just go to the factory...lol.

Love this pic. Most days I get home I tell my GF that my GTS is gonna get me in a lot of trouble.
