MP3 DVD Dual Layer?

Jeffrey... search for more info on this topic. Short answer, nearly all video DVDs are dual layer. DVD specification requires this. So you can't really have a DVD reader that won't read dual layers. (If it doesn't read a DVD+RDL, that's a different issue... hardware, media, software compatibility.)

Thanks. I know that movie DVDs are dual layer. Just wondering if anyone has actually burned a MP3 DVD on a dual layer disc and whether it works. Just because the drive can read it, doesn't necessarily mean that there is support for the MP3s on that media. However, that having been said, I think overall you are right. The likelihood is that since the dual layer is supported, it will likely read MP3s.
