Memory on Radio resets after i turn off car???
I installed a alpine radio into my clk and everytime i turn the car off the radio's memory resets?? Does anybody know which wire is the memory coming from the wiring harness. or is there another way to fix this??? thanx

I may be mistaken, but if you used the VW harness, the memory and Ignition are swapped for VW. Swap those and that should cure. I would check it first.

Is this only true for Alpine units?
I'm about to install a Kenwood unit, do I need to swap the red and yellow in this too?

I'm about to answer my own question.... yes, its true to all head units...not limited to Alpines only.
Well, I changed my mind about the kenwood unit and installed an Alpine Unit.
Much better sound than the factory radio...the only replacement is just he HU.
