European Delivery with COMMAND

European Delivery with COMMAND
I am picking up a European delivery C230WZ in just over a week with the following Nav / Audio options:
COMMAND
Entertainment Package which includes a CD Changer
Satellite Radio
I know that the satellite radio module & antenna will not be installed until the car reaches the POE (Jacksonville in my case)
Is the COMMAND installed at the factory or at the POE also? If it is installed in the factory will the Navigation be functional while I am in Germany? I have read some discussions that indicate for US spec 2005 COMMANDS there are no European DVDs available and therefore the navigation will not be functional in Europe.
Is the CD Changer installed at the factory or at the POE?
Can the US Spec C-Class 2005 COMMAND (CD or DVD) play MP3s?
Any help would be much appreciated.

On The Euro Delivery Cars the Comand Will Be Factory Installed..
The Nav Unit WILL work In Europe and The USA
When In Europe Mercedes Will Give you a Loaner Nav Disc..
Then When the car hits the states you will get the correct Nav disc
The CD changer can be a Factory Option ..VPC Installed and or a Dealer Installed option
