CLK UHI Problem scorchie
I recently installed a UHI kit in a clk 208. SEt637 phone cradle. It worked fine for a few months and now it keeps saying card error even though the phone display shows the correct info. Also, most of the time it does not recoginize the phone anymore. Scorchie, any ideas? The phone has not been changed. No other issues with the car.

Did you check the software version on the PSE? Apparently there's an updated version... unfortunately Mercedes doesn't let it be claimed under warranty (and it's getting worse... you should see the warranty disclaimer on the new iPod integration stuff).
Firstly, I would check that version... then the phone firmware version... then the cradle (by swapping to see if it makes a difference).
Kim, try updating the firmware version on your 6230.
Sunman, I think the reference wasn't in WIS but you may want to take a look.
