2004 C320 CD changer install questions

2004 C320 CD changer question - really easy if you have one!
I've been researching on the forum for info. Just wanted to verify that I have everything correct. For a 2004 C320 sedan, I need the MC 3010 changer. For example a Serial Number: A 203 820 9089.
Because I'm getting a C320 I will have the Bose system by default so the install is a little more complicated. A few more fibre optic cables and possibly having the dealership recode to find the changer. Is the installation really that much more complicated?
