Can't find the 3-pin power plug for changer?

Can't find the 3-pin power plug for changer?
I tried searching but found nothing. 
I have a 2002 C240 and just bought the changer and fiber optic cable.
The instructions I have say the 3 pin power plug should be located behind the radio or behind the glovebox.
I have the dash tore apart and radio out and everything ready to go back in and can't seem to find the power plug.
Could you give me an idea of where to look?
Any help would be great.
