I sold A guy on the east coast a nav cd and it doesn't work for him - he sent if back to me and it works fine in my new comand 2.0 from Steve (of course) -- got any ideas?

you probably thought of this, but I'm guessing what you got from Steve uses a DVD, not a CD. So maybe the disk you sent out is a DVD??
