2002 e320, i am hooking up a pioneer navi n2, i need to know where to locate the speed sensor wire. thanks.

 

Passenger door sill near the kick panel. Look for a green + black wire with a piece of tape on the end of it. It will be doing nothing at all.

If you have Xenon lamps I think it is connected to something but I am not certain.

Last time I looked it was neatly folded out of the duct looking like it was going over the outside of the cable tray and down into something else. When I pulled on it the cable was loose and had tape on the end.

look near the door hinge as far as distance is concerned. It is always there.

 

As my expierence, it's usually taped and deep in there. Dig for it.
