The TV tuner connectors are like any other device.

This is what the AUX 1 and AUX 2 looks like.

Notice on the left side that the AUX inputs are coded normally. So if you attach a cable long enough then certainly you can place the other end of that cable somewhere inside the car. I dont know how you will go with earth loop noise as I understand for long runs you will need to install a noise suppressor.

It would be easier to run IR extenders into the trunk area and leave the gear connected on a shorter cable.

I am confident that Steve can suggest some of the possible solutions.
