I dont think the speaker cover comes out like it does in the E-Class. I do believe you can order the small part on its own but that it will be plastic welded in place.

A 203 737 01 88 9B51 ...... $12.

Rear door left side speaker cover in Anthracite.

Hardly seems like the sort of thing you try to chase all over town.
