CD Changer
sized terminating plug. power lead is small, black and the plug about size of large TicTac.
almost plug and play but not unheard of for head units to display error msgs
such as "no magazine' 'no cd changer' etc.
so we try other tricks to jog its memory such as pulling the fuse, count to 100
and reinserting.
or pulling head unit, disconnecting power, counting to 100 and reinstall
last gasp might be to pull the NEG cable from battery but let's try to avoid that.
it tends to result in resetting issue, dash error msgs etc.
FYI, the changers for your car tends to be problematic. not noted for
longevity. magazine jams open, magazine may not want to release w/o
prodding.
you can try to talk her into Ipod type, MP3 adaptor which is much more
reliable. helps if you already own Ipod.
p.s. i've installed several. all plug n play. up and running in a few minutes.
some folks reporting need to get dealer to activate. i've not encountered
such issues.

- RF adaptor
- cassette tape adaptor
- aux in adaptor
- Ipod specific aux in adaptor
i'm going for MP3 player adaptor since I'm probably the only one
in US who doesn't own one. i'll settle for my PDA for MP3 playback.
so i'm heading for Soundgate "auxmb1" adaptor
