Hello everyone, I was hoping that someone could help me understand why my command APS isnt reading the DVD Navi disk. I have a US spec W211 and purchaced command APS navi Europe disk version 3.0 (2004), but when I put it into the disk reader in the trunk, I receive a "No DVD please insert DVD nav (car trunk)"

The cover states that it is for W211 vehicles, so it should work.

Any help would be appreciated.
