FM Modulator on a Benz

I have a 2002 CLK430... is it possible to add a FM modulator to the existing head unit so I can run aftermarket changers?

The car has stock radio and MB 6-disc changer (fiber optic one).
I want to add in another Kenwood Changer I pulled from my last car.

Can this be done or do I have to get a new head unit?

And if i change the headunit, do I need to change all the speakers as well?

Sorry if this has already been answered.... I haven't read through all the Audio/Electronics threads yet, so don't flame me
