COMAND hidden service/diagnostic mode
I finally got around to documenting (some) of the functionality of the hidden service menu on COMAND 2.0, and what some of the values in it mean..
See http://www.mercupgrades.com
I also added a list of the part numbers for manuals for COMAND, and made the COMAND-APS part number document readable on IE6
Hope this is useful to someone :-)
Cheers
Richard

Excellent work; iPod connection
Richard:
This is outstanding work. I managed to add COMAND to my 03 clk after the dealer told me it could not be done; I agree with you, it can ususally be done if you have the patience. I found a guy in Houston who did the install for me, it was over in about 10 minutes.
Now I want to add an iPod. I understand that COMAND 2.0 will support the input, but not integration, that is what I would prefer, any ideas?
Have you added the iPod? It looks like Denison's iceLink isn't reliable, and replaced with Denisons Gateway 500, and ideas advice?
Robert.
